If I could give 0 stars I would. Nursing staff is rude. I was here with a special needs older lady and she was being self abusive and they refused to give her anything to calm down. Could see and hear staff talking about her at the nursing station. Absolutely no understanding for people with intellectual disabilities. Completely disgusted with care given here.
