Not sure about how people are treated when they go back for a procedure but if you are waiting you are totally ignored. No one greeted me or asked me who I was waiting for. It is freezing in here. I have on a jacket and I am still cold. Another person was offered a blanket but I have been totally ignored like I am not even here. The staff is having lots of personal conversations and ignoring the waiting room. The lights keep going out leaving me in a dark room They may be good to the patients but those waiting are cold ignored and in the dark.

I had a great experience here. The nurses and doctors are amazing. My nurses were Colleen, Barbara and Jessica. All of them were amazing and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Everyone was helpful and patient-focused. Highly recommend. They took me last minute for a colonoscopy after another (unaffiliated) colonoscopy center canceled my procedure after I had already done all of my prep. I am grateful for the fact that they pick up the phone, and all of their doctors, nurses and support personnel are keenly focused on their patients' experience and quality of care.

Great team in Limerick. Third time in 9 years always a relaxing, professional and positive experience. The staff truly knows what they are doing and very accommodating. Highly recommend this for procedures. Takes the mystery out of this normally uncomfortable experience.
