I highly recommend MLEC-Malvern! Dr. Kothari has been my doctor throughout my 4 colonoscopies over the years and I have had very good experiences. I value her knowledge, advice and medical expertise. Her bedside manner has been exceptional. Every single staff and medical personnel who I have encountered each time at MLEC has been very friendly, helpful and reassuring at each visit. Although the previous location was perfectly fine, I am greatly impressed with their new facility on Steel Lane. Registration was a breeze and text reminders for specific timeline-sensitive activities (when to perform online check-in, document reviews, prep reminders, etc.) was efficient and helpful. I also appreciated the next-day text checking how I was doing and instructions if I needed post-colonoscopy medical support. Thanks again Dr. Kothari and staff at MLEC!

What an amazing experience! I was very nervous about my endoscopy. From the kind and professional receptionists all the way to walking out the door, everyone and everything was top notch! The nurses Kendall, Jeff, Christy, and Megan (Nurse Anesthetist) were so great. They treated us the way you would expect them to treat their family. I can’t say enough about Dr Kothari. She is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I completely understand why there is a wait to see her. It was well worth it. The facility was clean and bright. There should be more than 5 stars for them.

There’s nothing fun about a colonoscopy, but main line makes it as smooth as possible. From scheduling with the team on the phone , to the call with the nurse prior, staff and team is professional, courteous and kind. Went to the new center in Malvern . It was fantastic in and out in two hours. Good communicative staff and front office. People were very professional. No one likes going through this procedure and they do a pretty darn good job to make it a good experience.
