I cannot say enough good things about this staff. I felt like I had the Dream Team of caregivers. Cindy, I wish I got your last name but I felt your caring and warmth. Very thorough and well informed. They all made an uncomfortable procedure easy for me.
I suffer from anxiety but not at this place. I've had numerous colonoscopy and upper gi scopes done, and they are quick. Not so quick, you feel rushed but that they are efficient. I have my 4th colonoscopy today, and my appt was for 1025am, and they took me back at 1024am. Very nice people, they are the best. Happy smiling faces. I was only their about an hour, and I was on my way. I've had colonoscopy at woodbine Lane in danville, and besides being too far to drive, I don't remember it being very pleasant. I can not say enough good things about this facility and its staff. A major plus is that it is close for me, but still, I have no anxiety about going here at all.
The staff at the front office are incredible. They are timely, respectful, and always in a great mood when I speak to them. The specialists however, have no sense of urgency and do not take their patient cases seriously. They are lackadaisical and take halfhearted care of their patients when they feel like it. Seek treatment elsewhere.
I just got a scope from her We waited for her to come and to me what was going on I had to use bathroom We came out and she was in the room next to me thinking she was coming to see me and instead a nurse came and relayed the msg. Didn't even have the decency to come over I
Doctors, nurses, and all staff there were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, and very caring and understanding. I had been suffering from GERD (commonly referred to as Acid Reflux) for many years, and it had gotten so bad that I had difficulty sleeping at night and woke up every morning with severe stomach pain for hours. They assisted me in making some adjustments to medications (several different types of prescription antacids), eating habits (not eating late at night, avoiding certain food triggers), and the way that I sleep (elevating my whole upper body about 7 inches using a wedge pillow). Once things got better, they still did an Endoscopy to see if there had been any permanent damage from the GERD. That whole procedure and experience went very well (make sure you follow all the instructions though regarding food/water intake, and stop taking certain medications beforehand as instructed). Thankfully they were able to tell me there is no permanent visible damage and the little biopsies they took came back normal as well. I now have peace of mind and can move on with my life without stomach/esophageal pain. Thank you!
