Had post operative numbness and pain in pelvic region. When I cslled I did not get to speak to Doctor that performed colonoscopy. PA was dismissive of my concerns and said had nothing to do with procedure. Would not recommend this practice

Not very easy to find in the centre city. The front door faces south, as the pictures showed.

I tried to make an appointment with a doctor and was told that there was nothing available for 2024. I have had two colonoscopies as well as doctor’s appointments in this practice.I haven’t been here for three years since I haven’t had any problems. I am now considered a new patient and that’s why I can’t get an appointment. I have since been diagnosed with Cholecystitis in the ER, where I live down the shore. Three of the doctors who I have seen in this practice has left. So why would you call here and make an appointment? Doesn’t make sense to me!

I took my son to this Dr. Rashid because our old Dr Green we had for 10 years retired. Our first appointment went good. When we checked out then they gave me an appointment card stating call in April for a May appointment. I call April and GI said we cannot see him until August. I said my son is having chocking issues and might need his esophagus stretched. He is 38 total care non- verbal with a feeding tube. I explained he needed to be seen ASAP due to chocking. Still not until august. I asked to see another Dr. through Penn and I have to get special permission to leave that office and see another Penn GI. To this day I am still fighting to change offices. I give 0 rating!!!!!

If I can give this place zero stars I would the care and compassion they have for you is a zero my daughter has not been able to eat for almost 3 months she has lost 30 pounds and is begging to get in to have a procedure done they first gave her an appointment in august and now sent her to a different specialist who still can’t do the procedure any time soon she is literally living on shakes and it’s a pretty simple procedure from what we understand this has been her doctor for 7 years and there is just no care at all she is another number in the line to charge insurance. If something happens to my daughter this office will be the soul blame !!!!
