This is a tough one because the facilities are great, they got me in fast and the procedure went great and I loved the dental surgeon. But they really screwed me over on the insurance, especially the front desk claiming over and over that my dental insurance would only be charged and not my health insurance. I confirmed with my dental insurance and everything was all set. They ended up charging my health insurance and after months of research I'm now learning part of the planned procedure had to be charged to health insurance. This left me with a surprisingly large bill. I know surprise medical bills are just par for the course in the US and I know it's confusing for everyone in the medical field but please just be upfront with patients about the cost of procedures. Unfortunately 1 star instead of 5 stars as an expected $0 procedure is now close to a $1k bill.

This was my first time at this location. The grounds on which the facility sits is clean, quiet, safe and well maintained. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was warmly greeted upon entering. And had no problem finding the office which was clean, quite and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were attentive kind and professional.

I have had 2 procedures in the past 6 months here and cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the level of caring treatment and obvious expertise of the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and obviously committed to making patients as comfortable as possible. Great preparation and explanation prior to procedure and next day follow up to check on your condition. I've experienced a number of surgery centers over time (I'm 83) and Jefferson's Riverview is better by orders of magnitude.

I wish I could rate this team higher than 5/5. I had an ACL reconstruction done here and I could not be happier with the results. They communicate clearly and compassionately. All post-op instructions were detailed. Their pain management plan had me at 2-3/10 with no narcotics needed (even now at day 5!). They provided constistent check-ins, clear financial expectations, and had an entire staff of kind, educated, and friendly medical professionals. If you can go here, i STRONGLY recommend Dr. Michael G. Ciccotti, MD and Dr. Armen C. Voskeridjian, MD be on your team.
