The amount this facility charges for services is unethical and straight up fraud. They charged 47k for a minor surgery that was billed to insurance in which I owe $2500. Meanwhile I had another, more invasive surgery at another facility that charged a flat fee of $1300. So why is it that they bill insurance $47k and I owe MORE going through insurance. This is not just an insurance issue but a healthcare issue of greed by ALL parties that are only hurting the patients. Insane. While attempting to select a payment plan they allow only 3 months?? What kind of payment plan is that? The charges are astronomical and expecting people to pay a charge like that in 3 months is not fair. Instead of working with the patient, they’re quick to send you to collections. So it’s not just insurance companies, it’s facilities like these that try to bankrupt patients too. They’re not here to help. They’re there to negotiate the highest rate possible.

This was my second experience accompanying a family member through a procedure at Physicians Care. It is hands down the cleanest, best organized, friendliest medical facility I have ever been in. This time was a knee replacement (as outpatient?!) A few complications made it a long day, but we were home the same day. They handled everything with grace and skill. I have absolutely no reservations about using Physicians Care again in the future.

The staff was amazing! From the check in the leaving- the admission administrator to the nurses, nurse anesthetist, anesthesiologist and my surgeon that made me feel as relaxed and cared for beyond my expectations. I’m very grateful they were all there to help me, talk me through my fears and they ALL treated me like a person and not just a number.

This is a wonderful facility of course because the staff is wonderful. From check-in to discharge they couldn’t have been nicer or more informative. Thanks to the great Dr.Ramsey for putting me back together been than ever. Thank you to the reception area for a smooth and informed process. The nurses and other staff including pre-op, surgery and recovery were great. Anesthesiology again, fantastic. I received a nerve block and hardly felt a thing. All the staff are very caring, experienced and patient centric. I highly recommend the facility.
