Good facility, good location. Just had my deviated septum surgery here with Dr Lai. The surgery went well, the pre and post-op staff were friendly and seemed to have a good handle on what had to be done. The Anesthesiologist was good too, my throat isn't too sore from the tube. No complaints whatsoever.

I had to have surgery and I was nervous about coming here. But the experience was not bad! Nobody likes surgery (well, I at least don’t). But the facility was clean & tidy, the staff super friendly, nurses and anesthesia and my doctor explained what to expect before during and after. Thankful for such an amazing team!

As far as my daughter's surgery went OUR Dr was great that's why he is our Dr as far as the facility goes never again 😡 I have no time or patience for a place that does not care AT ALL I will not call your office ever ever again and if u need something u better try to get ahold of me and maybe I'll be nice enough to actually talk to u or maybe I'll be rude because it's 3 pm on Friday or I'll just hang up on you being that is how your office conducts business
