If I could give more then 5 stars I would. The staff at Northeast Surgery Center are the best. They truly care about their patients and it shows. I was a nervous wreck for my procedure but they were able to calm my nerves and make me feel as comfortable as possible. There was a little issue that arose with my heart before they began my procedure but they quickly sprung into action and all was well. Dr Lowe even held my hand to assure me everything was ok. Speaking of Dr. Lowe, he’s the absolute BEST. He truly cares about his patients. Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. If I could have him as my GI doctor I would switch to him immediately. Huge shout out to my pre op nurse, Mary. My anesthesis Dan, anesthesiologist Mark, Nurses Erica and Bri. And my post op nurse Diane. You guys are seriously the best! Thank you for taking such good care of me.
Amazing experience and staff. When I was waiting for surgery the staff realized something was wrong. I had a tremendous headache. One of the nurses talked to the doctor about medication to help the headache before surgery. I was so relieved. By the time I went in I was feeling better. Very courteous and helpful. Great experience. Thank you all!
On Jan 11, 2021 I had a surgical procedure done here. I was asked to change into a hospital gown in a bathroom with a full and open garbage can and no chair for me. They never asked me to take off my jewelry, never covered my hair and never gave me a surgical mask to wear. I kept mine on. Now that could have carried germs. They never put me in a bed, rather a chair. I walked into the surgery room and when I woke up I walked out. I was dizzy and nauseous. I had the same thing done on my other side at the Kindston Surgery center. I was in a bed and there was no other patient in the room with me. They wheeled me out to the car in a wheelchair. They called me the next day. N.E never sent me home with any paperwork nor did they call me the next day to see how I was. I left there extremely dizzy and nauseous. And they weren't even friendly. I will never go there again. This isnt the first time I wasn't happy there.
I recently had orthopedic surgery at NE Surgery Center and can't say enough about the efficiency, care and professionalism of the staff! Like a well oiled machine from pre admission to follow up phone call .
I was there yesterday for surgery, everything was great. The staff was friendly, professional, made sure I had all of the information before hand. The procedure went well, the incision area looks great, I'm really impressed by the place.
