I called billing. I needed to explain that my insurance company was looking into a bill I received and I wanted them to know exactly what was going on…I’ve NEVER had a person speak to me the way this woman did AND she hung up on me and refused to get me a superior. I had even left a nice message for them to get back to me prior to this and they never did. So I was kind enough to call them back. I didn’t have to, I left a message to call me with ALL my information. This woman should be out in an office AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC…or terminated. Period.

Update, if you’re looking for a nasty certified letter requiring a signature from them, for voicing your disgust and refusal of any further care….. This is the place you!!!! Unbelievable they actually did that after everything they put me through!!!! Worst medical experience of my lifetime, do yourself a favor & go anywhere but this office for anything! You will regret it, trust me! Takes forever to get a return call. Was at the off 4.5 hours for a colonoscopy. God forbid you are told something is wrong, there is no communication, referrals or anything kind of care or concerns. Completely incompetent medical office.

Everyone involved during my procedure was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. From the reception staff to the nurses and care staff and Doctors, the entire experience was exceptional.

I was scheduled as the last procedure of the day. Upon arrival I noticed several folks waiting. When I realized I was waiting past my scheduled time, I asked one of the other patients if they were running late. Her answer was yes. I looked on my smartphone and read likely procedure times and noticed the reviews. I had concerns! I can only speak from my own experience. It wasn't long before I was called. Each and every step of the setup, procedure and recovery period I experienced an excellent and personable staff from Receptionist to Nurses to Anesthesiologist to the Doctor. Excellent service! BTW: The reason for the wait, as explained, was due to some difficulty tending to a patient, which can be expected being I was the last scheduled proceedure of the day. Thank you... Tom Gervasi

This is a pathetic excuse for a medical office. Calling to schedule any tests is a nightmare, unless you enjoy getting no answer or call backs. Also, they like to tell you they can’t do an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time because it’s not safe 😂🙄meanwhile they are doing both tests on every other patient in the building but made you schedule separately because you complained about how awful their receptionist is. You will show up on time for your appointment, but that receptionist will be busy talking and gossiping with other people for nearly 15 minutes, making you late, before she checks you in. Also, nurses will freak out on you even if you have a small amount of water…it’s like they want you dehydrated so they can blow your veins out when they do the IV. They like to send you home looking like an addict. Ohhh and then they will bill you and you will go through the same hassle for months trying to get someone to call you back because you have several questions about your outstanding bill before you make a payment. Also, they send you one paper bill in the mail, the next bill you receive will be from a collections agency. Needless to say, this office will never receive a payment from me or another visit from me and I will make sure to post this review on as many platforms as possible so other patients know that they are better off in the care of someone else. This office is a disgrace to the entire medical field. This is a medical facility that does not help you, it will just hinder your mental health during an already stressful situation. Avoid and report this facility to get them closed for good! They obviously work as if they do not want to be open so just give them what they deserve.
