Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Breast Augmentation / ReductionBreast size is increased by placing implants, or decreased by removing breast tissue and skin and repositioning the remaining tissue. Reduction is often performed to relieve back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by breast weight.RhinoplastySurgery that reshapes the nose by altering the bone and cartilage beneath the skin. It is performed to change appearance, to correct breathing problems caused by internal structure, or both. Swelling takes months to fully resolve.FaceliftLiposuctionFat is suctioned out from beneath the skin through small tubes called cannulas, reshaping a specific area such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs. It targets localized deposits and is a contouring procedure rather than a method of weight loss.Wound ReconstructionRebuilds skin and underlying tissue where a wound is too large or too damaged to close directly. Surgeons move nearby tissue, or transfer skin and muscle from elsewhere on the body, to cover the defect. Often follows trauma, infection, or cancer removal.Skin GraftingHealthy skin is taken from one area of the body and transplanted to cover a wound or burn elsewhere. Both the graft site and the donor site need care, and the donor site is often the more uncomfortable of the two.

I had a breast reduction here in 2023 and was told I would likely end up around a D cup. I woke up dramatically smaller than expected (closer to a B cup) and with noticeable asymmetry. The result was shocking and extremely distressing. When I raised concerns, I was told a revision could be done — but only at my own expense. Being asked to pay more to correct an outcome that was so far from what I believed we had discussed was incredibly upsetting. I was also uncomfortable that my husband was not allowed in the building on the day of surgery. In addition, I left some conversations feeling confused because the information I received did not always seem consistent, which eroded my trust in the process. The office response talks about insurance requirements. I understand that guidelines exist, but nowhere in my understanding of the process (and I ask a lot of questions!) did I expect to wake up this small. That disconnect between what I was told to expect and what actually happened, was devastating. This was one of the most emotionally difficult experiences of my life. I strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to ask very detailed questions about size ranges, minimum removals, and revision policies — and to make sure expectations are clearly documented. Based on my experience, I would not choose this surgeon again and would urge others to be very cautious before moving forward.

Dr. Collini is definitely a life saver and has worked super well with me! I had an 11 day old laceration to my ankle and he was gonna suture me in office awake but my nerves couldn’t handle it so he got me on the surgery schedule that day and has been by my side everyday since answering every question I’ve had and making sure I’ve been okay and healing the correct way! Definitely a super doctor and has a genuine heart!
