Worse experience we've ever had there. Dr. Joseph was very rude and unprofessional and yelled at us to leave that he wouldn't take care of my son after being there waiting for almost 2 hours after His appointment was suppose to be at 10am and was even told to get there early that they won't take you if your late. After trying to get the right help I needed for my son. When I mention that I will call a disability lawyer/advocate(since my son has a disability), So that he can speak to them about the needs I need for my son to help me advocate so they could understand what I need for him done. But He didn't like the fact I mention a lawyer and told us to leave and to have our lawyers contact his if we didn't like it. Very unprofessional, especially scream at us, then walk away like he did with my 10 year old son in the room like that. He needs to learn on how to deal with children and disabilities and just people all together.

I had cataract surgery on February 11, 2025. Everyone who took care of me was wonderful. The women who checked me in was very friendly and professional. Jane RN, Preop Kristy Ann (RN?) Dr.Joseph was amazing the staff here was friendly and helpful. The nurses were caring and kind to my son. I’m confused on the negative reviews we had a great experience. Dr. Joseph called ahead prior to the procedure to discuss a plan before even meeting. It’s hard to find doctors like him. All around great experience!

Awful scheduling. They had 2 numbers on file for my 3 year old. They decided the surgery time had to be moved from 6 am to 8 am, but they only called one of the phone numbers , which happened to break this week. So instead of making sure they got a hold of us they just left a message on the broken phone. Very unethical if you ask me, time is valuable and they clearly didn’t value mine. Waking a 3 year old up at 5am is not easy, and getting them to not eat or drink for 3 hours in a waiting room because the office failed to do their job. Never coming back here.
