The response time for anything with this office is never quick. If you get a referral, don't expect to call back before at least 3 weeks to a month. You need records? It says on the recorded message that they will return your call in 2 days, but that has yet to happen. Leave a message to check on your referral and you don't get a call back. This has been my experience as well as three others. I just edited this because I can't reply to the comment from the official owner. Prior to be incorporated into US Health they had a 2.7 rating. That is far more fitting. The reply they had was to call them. And I believe that was my entire point. They don't answer the phone or call you back. Why would I bother. This is an upper management issue. this is an upper management incompetence issue budgeting, recruiting or retaining enough staff. It's been like this for years and I thought about going back to school to be a GI doctor just to put them out of business

From the referral to the procedure and discharge this practice offers outstanding service. I receptionists, nurses, anesthesiologist Steve and Dr. Kim are simply amazing.
