I've only had the best of care here. The staff have not been overly chatty, but they are busy; but they have always been kind, professional, and accommodating. All procedures have been explained in full, and, again, my needs were considered. I have "chronic pain". I've had it for years and it's not going to magically go away. But it is improved with treatment and I have many months of improvement. I do have to follow instructions, and sometimes that involves things I don't particularly enjoy, like physical therapy and exercises. But it works. To answer one of the reviews here, I am a retired nurse who worked in medicine for 45 years. I am sorry if you were spoken to unkindly, there's no real excuse for that. But it is routine in every office in which I've ever had an appointment, to be there 15 minutes before the appointment.

My partner had an ablation here for back pain and is now 10 times worse, in constant, severe pain. He used to walk 5 miles a day with back pain, now some days can't walk 3 blocks. After repeated follow up visits we were told "I don't know" what happened or what to do about it.

I was going to Wyomissing Surgical Services For years. I scheduled a procedure and at that time, I was given instructions and the date and time of the procedure and follow up appointment. I came into the office on time for my follow up appointment. The office receptionist told me that I was 15 minutes late and the appointment would have to be rescheduled. I showed her my appointment booklet showing that I was there at the correct time. She pretended to do something and replied I needed to get there 15 minutes early. I replied if that was the case why didn’t you notate that on my appointment booklet. She told me I had to reschedule with an attitude as if I was bothering her. They threw me out of the office, when I arrived on time. So let me put this in perspective so everybody can understand, A follow up visit takes about 10-15 minutes, since I am an existing patient no paperwork needs to get filled out except a questioner which takes all of 1 minute to complete, there is no reason why especially since I arrived on time I should not have been seen except for the fact that the owners and employees’ of Wyomissing services don’t care and treat their patients like crap. Apparently, only the medical staff matters not the patient. The patients time, effort , gas money expended to make the appointment does not matter. Because we are less of a person then the medical staff therefore our feelings don’t matter and Wyomissing Services don’t give a dam. I would recommend going to a pain center that treats its patients with respect, which is something they know mothing about at Wyomissing Surgical services.

Everyone is very nice, caring, & professional. This staff really goes above and beyond their call of duty. When your there for a procedure the nurses make it that your not scared at all! Of course Dr Jason T Bundy is the greatest. I don't know what I'd do without him!!
