Wow is all I can say. This place truly exceeded all of my expectations, from the moment I checked in to the moment I was being wheeled to my car after the procedure. I was very nervous coming in as this was my first time, but I was nervous for nothing, my first encounter was with Cece she got me all checked in took all of my information was super pleasant, I waited no time at all until I was called from the waiting room to my room. My nurses. Name was Madison she put a lot of my fears at ease, she kept me comfortable while putting my iv in and getting me ready.. the warm blankets really make some difference. Next I met Rich who was going to be putting me off to sleep. He explained everything step my step that was going to happen out my mind at ease. Only waited a short time before getting wheeled to my procedure room where I met Robyn just the kindest nurse out there and Karen who said she was the tech. I really liked that everyone interacted and introduced them selves it helped me feel more at ease. I met Dr Ferreira where he went over everything with me made sure to explain everything and answered all of my questions. Robyn and Karen got me all into position while maintaining some dignity which I appreciated and before I knew it I was waking up in recovery, where I had another fabulous nurse Sharon who went over everything with me got me some drinks and wheeled me right outside to my husbands car. You could not ask for a better experience, I will never forget this A+ team and will be sure to Tell all of my friends and family about this center. You truly all rock making a pleasant experience out of a not so pleasant procedure..

I had a great experience at Ocean State Endoscopy Center. Thisbwas my first time and From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They were able to schedule my procedure quickly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Recovery was just like they said fast and easy and I honestly feel so much better now. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a caring and efficient team. They really made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and stress-free.

My Experience here was really smooth and pleasant. Dr. McAndrew and his staff were all so pleasant and kind, above and beyond. Everybody was very efficient. You can see that they all work very well together as a team. The nurses and staff made me feel relaxed and at ease. It was nice to be able to speak to the Anesthesiologist and Doctor a bit before my procedure too. I highly recommend this facility and Dr McAndrew. When I have to have this procedure done again I will definitely come back to this team.
