If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The staff here was AMAZING!! The bedside manner they portrayed was second to NONE. They set the bar. The nurses, surgical techs, anesthesiologists, doctors, and even receptionist were INCREDIBLE. They eased my stress and worries, made sure we were comfortable, answered all of our questions, and treated us with the utmost respect. I recommend them to ANYONE. Laney, Candace, Dr. Wilson, Dr. J are just a few of the crew that made my husband’s surgery smooth and easing. I will definitely recommend themselves and their team to ANYONE.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to post this. I witnessed an event Friday that is still weighing on my mind. As my family member visited with the doctor, I was in the reception area witnessing very distasteful behavior. I watched a woman with orange hair approach the receptionist with black hair screaming and using repulsive language. The entire room heard the comments and sat silently shocked. The reception seemed to be doing her work and removed herself from the situation instead of engaging with her. As a health care professional, this is not the behavior that is acceptable. It was very inappropriate. I’m sure the dark haired receptionist was embarrassed. This behavior should not be tolerated. My family member has encouraged me to become a patient in this office, but I will not. I will be seeking other healthcare for myself and my family member.

They got me in in a week in a half after waiting 2 months for Lexington orthopedics to call me back for a referral from my Doctor's office and my doctor's office calling them twice! Their people were so nice from the first phone call to appointments, check in, x-ray, the nurse, and the doctor. I will never go to a different orthopedic office. They are amazing, no better word than amazing!! You should put all your needs in their hands and you will be well taken care of!!
