I had a procedure performed 11/24/2025. The entire staff from Lisa and Laney @ registration, my OR Nurse Tonya (she’s a Rock Star!) and Ronnie and to ALL of the rest of the clinical staff were beyond kind and professional. I was so anxious about the procedure I was having and every staff member made me feel at ease. They genuinely cared about not just the procedure I was having but cared about me as a whole person! My daughter was my driver/support person and she can’t stop commenting on how kind the whole staff was. They were even giving her encouraging words regarding her potential college choices. I’d absolutely recommend TSC as well as I would definitely return if I need any further procedures!

I’ve had 2 separate kidney stone procedures here. I was never so happy to walk into Trident both times. Great nursing staff!!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Trident Surgery Center. My daughter recently had oral surgery here, and from the moment we walked in, every single person made us feel safe, supported, and cared for. My daughter is autistic and nonverbal, and navigating medical settings can be incredibly stressful for both of us. The staff was so attentive to her needs—especially the woman at registration who noticed my daughter getting overstimulated and quickly moved us through with care and understanding. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor all took the time to explain everything and constantly reassured me throughout the process. I especially appreciated the updates during the 30-minute procedure—it brought me so much peace as a nervous mom. They even let me stay with my daughter as she was put to sleep with laughing gas, which was incredibly meaningful to me, especially after a previously traumatic experience elsewhere. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Trident Surgery Center. Your kindness, patience, and compassion made all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a caring and professional environment—especially parents of children with special needs. ❤️ —Jazzmin W.

I had surgery yesterday and by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff were phenomenal. I spoke with Mrs. Kelli with registration and she walked me through everything and ensure I understood everything. She was so sweet! Sunshine took me to my room and did my vitals and her name, sunshine, matched her personality so well! Two other nurses came in to assist with getting me ready and they were a blast to be around. I even had pretty high blood pressure and they talked me down from my nerves because I was in a small panic plus I was super nervous! They made me laugh when I wanted to cry from my nerves. Even had my hubby giggling. The doctor and anesthesiologist were both amazing as well and I knew I was in great hands. Post surgery by a day and I’m sore to be expected but even my doctor has called to check in on me and give me tips to ensure I’m comfortable. I’ll always recommend Trident Surgery!!

It's been three months since my husband's surgery. They made us pre-pay $2400 and then billed our insurance incorrectly so all of our other surgery related charges allowed us to hit our deductible before they have filed a correct claim. Almost all of that money should be coming back to us, but they still haven't even completed the claim with our insurance and will not refund our money. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is difficult to talk to anyone in the billing department. Our surgeon's office gave us a direct line for one person there, but she tried to pass us on to someone else there the last time I called and they have never followed up.
