Absolutely impossible to get a bill from after surgery. Customer service is very poor and can’t even simply provide a receipt of what I paid for, which is astonishing to me. Will definitely avoid in the future.

This surgery center is the worst Center, I have ever dealt with. Husband had surgery here in January 2025. Got a phone call a couple of weeks ago that a check for $1000 was returned to the surgery center. They verified our address and told us a new check would be issued. Called a week later to see if a new check had been sent out and was told it would take weeks to get a new check issued and sent out. My husband and I called today to tell them we would pick up the check and was told a third-party issues the checks. Call the third-party asked to talk to a supervisor was told there is none available, but the agent on the phone puts us at home and then talk to a supervisor and said that he has to escalator case and will take 15 business days which puts us at December 15. Which is totally unacceptable, the agent Told us the check was sent back in August and is now November. My husband’s surgery was in January. It seems this place wants us to wait a year for our money. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE.

I am so thankful for the team at Millennium, from pre-op to recovery and discharge. Kate, in pre-op was friendly, communicative, and efficient. She did her job and calmed my nerves. I felt very taken care of. She welcomed my driver/friend in, as well, to accompany me in pre-op while we waited. I really enjoyed speaking and working with Kate to get ready for my operation. Separately, my doctor and the anesthesiologist came in, asked me how I was doing, and briefed me on all the important details. The whole environment was professional, informative, and I felt safe/comfortable. After my operation, I was with Robin in recovery. Robin was patient, so friendly, and very supportive/responsive as I was waking up. Never wandering too far, checking in frequently and even providing my driver/friend with some snacks because he wasn't feeling well. Robin helped me get dressed and into the car, capping off a really positive experience at Millennium. I had so much on my mind regarding my operation, before and after, and I am so appreciative of Kate, Robin, and the team at Millennium for making me feel like an individual and not just one of the patients. Thank you, it means a lot!

I can not express how wonderful my experience was. From the phone calls before my surgery,, to my check in, pre op, the doctors nurses and anesthesiologist, and post op, every one was SO kind. They did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible, which included letting me take my weighted stuffed dinosaur into surgery with me. I am so thankful for my entire experience with them.

Plants Over Animals

Just had out patient surgery here and definitely recommend! Nice clean atmosphere, back in pre-op nurses were very kind and helpful, I did feel pain with a couple injections I got, I feel like my IV could have put in a better spot but all and all taken care of wonderfully here.
