My 14month old had ear tubes put in and every staff member was amazing. Starting from check in to pre op to post op. Dr Rust and his team are wonderful! The nurses were very caring. I highly recommend this center and Dr Rust.

I had surgery 7-2-25 & I must say everyone i came in contact with was super great attitudes etc. They don't treat u like ur a burden to them They even kept my daughter informed what was going on.

My three year old had a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and ear tube surgery performed by Dr. Rust. The Surgery center is very clean, quiet and calm. They have a screen in the waiting room that tells you what surgical phase patients are currently in if you are waiting for someone. The intake staff is very friendly. Nurses and staff involved in pre-and post op were just fabulous. They did a great job explaining how to take care of my daughter post-op and what to do if there was an emergency. They were very assuring, competent and took great care of my daughter.

I can’t say enough about my experience this morning with the staff here. From start to finish... nothing but smiles, compassion and genuine hearts. Ashley (hope I remember that correctly, I was a little loopy from anesthesia 😂) was AMAZING during recovery and I truly appreciate the conversation and caring she showed me, my husband, my pastor, and his wife. The goodbye hug was a genuine hug and not something she took lightly. Seriously can’t say enough to raise up the staff here to where they need to be ❤️
