Great service love this everyone was very nice and helpful I recommend anyone to go there for any surgery.
This center and staff and separate from SRHS, though their physicians regularly operate out of this outpatient facility. I had great experience with the pre and post op nurses at this facility. I was very nervous for my surgery and they were able to put me at ease and were very pleasant and caring in my time of need.
I had surgery here March 2025. Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone I encountered was caring, very friendly, great communication. I was just super impressed. FYI that's not easy! When I need surgery again I hope it's out patient and it will be at Pelham Surgery Center
I had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy today. It was my first surgery so I was super nervous but my nurse was able to calm me down and help with anxiety for the IV. We did wait a while before sending me to the OR, but eventually they came to get me. They gave me quote "happy juice" in my IV, and wheeled me to the OR. By then I was lightheaded but they helped me onto the operating table and the anesthesiologist put something else in my IV, it did burn a bit going in but by then I was basically out. They placed a mask over my face, told me to breathe in, and I was gone. Next thing I know I was in recovery, the nurse then was super nice as well and gentle helping me into the wheelchair. Thank you for making my first surgery better than I expected!
Bunion Surgery scheduled on 3/21/24. The process was easy to navigate, and the schedule time was called at the date/time that I was prepared to receive it. The Outpatient Surgery Center was efficiently operating as expected. All employees I encountered was knowledgeable and experienced. The preparation for the surgery went without any problems. The nurses were very friendly, kind and explained everything they were doing to prep me. Since the room was extremely cold, I was provided heated blankets, which warmed my body up enough to keep me calm. Anesthesiologist came in to talk to me before surgery. Also, my Surgeon spoke to me to explain the procedure again to make sure that I knew what was happening. He also marked my foot to be operated on to verify he would be operating on the correct foot. I was very pleased and happy to have been able to use Surgery Center at Pelham. Problem: The instructions to get to hospital were only the street address. Did not indicate which building I was to go to. I was in shock to see numerous buildings. When I received the address 2755 SC Hwy 14, Greer, I assumed that it would only be 1 building. Luckily, an employee was walking by, so we were able to get directions. But she only said building B, once we were in the area, we started walking into Building B but it was only an office building. Looked out the window and saw sign for Outpatient Surgery Building A. I was getting upset that the directions were incomplete, which caused me stress. The directions need to be redone for patients to accurately find the Outpatient Surgery Center quickly easier.
