Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Epidural Steroid InjectionsSteroid medication is injected near irritated spinal nerve roots to calm inflammation causing sciatica or arm pain. Often used to make physical therapy tolerable rather than as a standalone cure. There are limits on how frequently they can be repeated.Nerve Block InjectionsAnesthetic, sometimes with steroid, is injected around a specific nerve to interrupt pain signals. Used both to treat pain and to identify its source, since relief from a precisely placed block points to the nerve responsible.Radiofrequency AblationHeat generated by radio waves disables the small nerves carrying pain signals from an arthritic spinal joint. Relief commonly lasts six months to two years. Because the nerves regenerate over time, the procedure can be repeated.Spinal Cord StimulationA device delivers mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord to interrupt chronic pain signals before they reach the brain. A temporary trial period is done first, so you can judge the benefit before committing to a permanent implant.Joint InjectionsSteroid or lubricating medication is injected directly into an arthritic or inflamed joint. Image guidance is often used to confirm placement. Relief typically lasts weeks to months and can make physical therapy more productive.Trigger Point InjectionsA local anesthetic is injected into a taut, tender knot of muscle to break the spasm-and-pain cycle. The appointment takes minutes and you can usually return to normal activity the same day.

I was very disappointed..There website gives false information. It says the waiting area is for family. Upon arrival today June 12, 2025 I was told the child was not welcome in the lobby even with an adult. This should have been discussed over the phone when procedure was scheduled. There website should state this because children is family.

I was scheduled for a joint fusion there on September 4th. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk, do not remember her name and really do not care to, she was extremely rude. Did not want to listen to anything I had to say or ask just looked at me with her puckered up lips and told me I needed to pay my $2600 before she even got all my information very uncompassionate and cold not something you want to deal with when you can barely walk, the nurses in the back were all very nice. Only one complaint was the nurse that I had take me back to surgery about threw me into an asthma attack with all of her perfume however, she was very nice. Very unusual for a medical facility hospital setting. I had a nurse checking me in her name was Nicole will never forget her. She was super sweet very caring and did an amazing job. My doctor Blake Kline, and is the best. However, if I ever have to have surgery again, I will not go there felt like I was checking in for a cheap boob job, a little bit of compassion and understanding is very needed when you are in chronic pain And checking in for surgery Don’t expect it there they make you feel like it’s all about the money unfortunately, I’m sure it is
