I called his office and told them my MRI was showing herniation with cord compression and he worked me in the very next day. When he walked into the room, he could tell by looking at me how bad I was hurting and told me he was so sorry I was in so much pain. Dr. McMillan is one of the most compassionate doctors that I've ever been to. He was able to give me an epidural that day to get me out of the severe pain that I was in. He walked me through what I would be feeling during the entire procedure. I didn't realize it until I got to my appointment but, he isn't in my network but I gladly paid for the epidural so he could do it that day. He also got on the phone that day with a surgeon to get me scheduled as soon as possible. I will forever be grateful for Dr. McMillan and his team.

How can I best describe my experience? I am a guy who despises the employees of the medical profession. Talk about a group of arrogant folks. Anyways I went to see Dr. Mack for a 2 year ongoing injury. Other medical institions took me as either seeking something or a hypochondriac. Very frustrating!!! Dr. Mack, diagnosed me in less than 15 min, scheduled me to come back in 5 days, and a week later my quality of life has went up 90%. He and his entire staff are amazing and as kind as I've ever witnessed. And believe me as a disabled vet, I've seen more than my share Drs offices. Thank you so very much for my extremely wonderful care. God bless you and those sweet , caring nurses I had the honor to meet. Stay safe

As a retired Navy Hospital Corpsman, I view my medical care experiences with a critical eye and am not easily impressed. My total experience at Synergy Spine Clinic in Seneca, SC, and with Dr Marion McMillan was absolutely superb. From the admin staff, clinic staff, surgical team...everything was coordinated, excellent communication, superlative attitudes...all just exceeded my expectations. Dr. McMillan has such a positive attitude and projects competence in his ability to help. Follow-ups were equally timely and well orchestrated..such a competent staff. I definitely made the right choice in choosing this practice to address my debilitating spinal issues.. .we are blessed to have this provider and these services right here in our local area.

I just arrived home from having my surgery yesterday. I am one happy , blessed and thankful man, NO PAIN! I am up and walking. We traveled from Woodstock,Ga to Seneca, S.C. It was so worth it. Dr. McMilan and his entire team were so professional but yet so down home. .I am a Christian and was so comforted by the Christian atmosphere and prayer offered before the surgery i am sure my insurance company appreciated the affordable pricing as well. Did i say I am pain free! To God be the Glory!
