Customer service was not great, There is a old grouch that comes out to the waiting room to speak to loved one of the patient who has no tact. Beware that some family members are able to go back and sit with their loved one after the procedure while others are not allowed. It is about time for me to have a colonoscopy but I certainly will not be choosing this place.

This was my first time visiting the office and having a colonoscopy done. When I tell you staff was very patient and friendly from the time I walked in the building. The doctor and his team came out to speak with me before the procedure and to ensure me that I was in good hands. On that’s note after everything was done I was very impressed with the results and the process. I would rate this office 10 out of 10 and I will be back when it’s time for me to do this again. Thank you 🙏🏿 to everyone in the office.

I had a colonoscopy today. Dr Lawrence, the anesthesiologist, Doctor Ashton, and the other nurses inlvoved preparing me before the procedure were very thorough with necessary questions. The other other nurses involved in prep/ procedure were very helpful, reliable and knowledgeable as well, and the whole process was very well handled, went smoothly and I felt like I was in good hands. I felt like I was treated like a human being and not just a number. I feel amazing after the procedure as well ,and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing imaging done here at Endoscopy center in the Summerville location.

I had to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy to try and get to the bottom of my upper GI pain. The entire staff was so friendly and kind. The doctors and nurses did a great job of explaining what to expect and made me feel so comfortable with the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing a similar procedure. The one suggestion I have for them is to let the patient know that their ride to and from the procedure will have to remain in the building throughout the procedure. I just assumed my boyfriend who brought me would be able to run errands while I was having the procedure, but they do not allow that. I understand why this is a rule, but that detail would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, I give the experience with Summerville Endoscopy Center a 10/10.

I will encourage all to make your appointment with Theodore G. Gourdin, M he is the best. I had the best experience with him. He was joyful and enjoyed his new patient. He was kind and it was a pleasant to be in he space. Knowing he was taken very good care of you. Also with his our physicians and staffs was very nice and I enjoyed there present and they, took very very good care of me. Walk me through the process. I love to thank you all for your wonderful care for me. Treating me has part of the family. Thank you Thank You....God Bless you guy's. Thanks for checking on me with the letters and card.
