I am fine if people hear my story. My husband may not have lived into his 80s or even 90s, but, I think he would have lived a bit longer, if he had received better care/follow up. Richard was healthy his entire life. Construction expert. Father of two. Grandfather of four. We were married in Valentines Day in 1987. He had absolutely no health issues/symptoms…just blood in his urine one time. He had yearly physicals since he drove school bus in his retirement. His Primary physician, after all blood labs were good, said to visit Urology Specialists. Richard had a scan, and I entered the room with Richard, to hear the results. Dr (…), said bluntly, “He has a large tumor on his right kidney, so I need to remove the kidney.” Two weeks later. Kidney removed. Dr (..), after Richard being in hospital for three days after, said, “I removed the kidney and tumor successfully. I scraped a bit off the liver. But, Richard should be fine. No chemo or radiation is necessary. Just a follow up in three months.” I did not follow up. I don’t particularly like Doctors. Sadly…they did not follow up either. Until six months later…when Richard was really SICK again. Only to discover that his cancer had turned into a MONSTER. A tumor, the size of a football had replaced the space his kidney once resided in. Urology Specialists are not connected to Sanford. Which is neither here nor there. But…my husband was just dropped from the system after surgery. Dr (…) basically took zero responsibility for this situation. And…we spent the next year…and two million dollars…trying to fight this cancer that spread like a wildfire through his body. Richard is gone now. Too early. Our family will never be the same.

Doctor Larson was AMAZING!!! I live In Rapid City and after being told a vasectomy was not possible unless I was Put under Rapid City wanted to charge me $12,000. Doctor Larsen listen to me and what the previous doctor said in Rapid City. He was confident he could do it. My insurance doesn’t cover a vasectomy so it was all out of pocket. I am three days post procedure have followed all instructions to the T and can say I will Recommend every guy I know To go to Doctor Larson! The staff and even the front desk were friendly, and had a good sense of humor. Everyone explained everything thoroughly and could not ask for better care! Highly highly highly recommend!

I was referred by the Sanford ER to have a kidney stone surgery scheduled the next day and it was cleared with the surgeon I was told. When I called, the receptionist scheduled me for a clinic visit hours later that I didn't need because I WAS DIAGNOSED IN THE ER the night before! I was told in the clinic visit that there were no surgery options left open for the day, until they found my paperwork and were then able to squeeze me in. Then I was charged for the erroneous clinic visit and they have refused to admit that the made any mistakes. I WILL NEVER use their services again.

Currently here, my husband was told to be here at 10:45 for an 11 AM appointment. It’s currently 11:50 AM and my husband was just taken back for his appointment. I addressed this with the secretarial staff earlier and they said his appointment was at 11:15 AM. It appears most of the staff were busy ordering food, as multiple deliveries with food came at this time. My husband and I were upset and the secretarial stuff basically dismissed how we felt. Would not recommend based of poor customer service and respect towards those who have scheduled appointments. See the pic of the food delivery guy 🤣
