They were amazing at explaining everything they were doing and what to expect with each step before, during and after surgery. I was very pleased with his work and how my eye lids turned out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wanted a lid lift done.

It is a beautiful, spacious check in area. Very friendly lady at check in. The lady who initially does the eye tests was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Time went quickly and we had a few laughs. Professional but allowed some fun banter. Then the doctor and nurse came in and explained the options. Answered all my questions. I never once felt rushed like he didn't have enough time and had to move on. Very patient. Good sense of humor to. I would recommend this office to anyone who asked about my experience. They are good people!

Dr. Kramer was very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns and my opinions. He was great with explaining things and I felt he understood what I needed. He gave me advice instead of pushing me into anything. He explained each step of the lasik process and always checked to ensure I understood or if I had questions. Great experience and best decision of my life. I would highly recommend!

The Vance Thompson Vision Center was unbelievably great. Dr. Thompson is a very knowledgeable and friendly surgeon. He explained everything that my husband’s cataract surgery would involve. The staff was so very friendly. Dr.Rasmussen also saw my husband & was really helpful with selecting the best treatment for him. He is very friendly and knowledgeable also. Very impressed with the care given to us. A great experience and we’re happy with the results.
