First appointment charge me for no show when they got appointment messed 2 visit doctor helpful he order physical therapy they never called set it up third time wrote false on my pay last time they were rude hateful for medical occupational. Terrible when you're back broke just had surgery hateful attitude should not be in medical environments. One Star for the doc rude told me I was welcome mental anguish just from hateful staff I m from Vanderbilt and yell hospital, I never seen such in my life.they should be in medical. I advise never there again I'm contacting CEO over them for there behavior unprofessional.

Dr. Beck is a rare doctor of his kind today. He is a very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate human being. He sees you as a human being and honestly wants to treat you the best way possible. He takes the time to explore treatment options and explains them thoroughly. Everyone in his office shares the same quality's. Shelly answers the phone with the same smile you are greeted with walking through the door. The office is very clean and welcoming. A breath of fresh air for the area.

Dr. Retterath is excellent at what he does as a pain management doctor. He has genuine care and concern for patients. He really takes the time to listen and communicate effectively. I highly recommend Dr. Retterath. His nurses and staff are also very skilled and care about the patients. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Retterath as my doctor!!! The environment is very clean and maintained nicely.
