Dr. Geddes is the best and all the staff. Logan (LPN) was awesome he did a great job of getting me settled in and my IV.. Clarity of my procedure was explained before the procedure Communication was Easy of understanding to the point. Everyone had an listening ear. Professionalism and courtesy of all nursing staff was fantastic. Cleanliness and comfort of the facility was great everything was perfect. Great Job

The doctor is very cordial and caring. My nurse was very good. (I'm a hard stick)The facility on Tyner Rd is very nice and clean. I got an epidural on my back. My only complaint was the anthiolgist didnt think I needed nausea meds since it was a mild sedation when I told her I get sick easy and needed it. I was very sick on my way home. I called and made sure it would be on my chart for future reference.

Dr. Miller performed surgery on my right knee in 2021. He explained the procedure completely and listened to and answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Before surgery the day of, he asked if he could pray for us. I said yes. Very impressed. My full recovery time was less than expected. He did such a great job, that when I needed surgery on my right shoulder for an old injury, I went back to him. It’s Thursday morning, 2 days after surgery, and so far all is well. Pain is minimal. Follow up is a few days out, but I expect a full recovery as I had with my knee. Thank you, Dr. Miller! You’re a great surgeon and man.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Surgeon with Excellent Bedside Manner Dr. Chad Smalley performed my ACL and meniscus surgery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the initial consultation through surgery and recovery, he was knowledgeable, confident, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The surgery itself went extremely well, and my recovery has been smooth thanks to his skill and attention to detail. What really sets Dr. Smalley apart is his bedside manner—he’s compassionate, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. From the first visit with Dr. Miller and the staff at CSMO I have had nothing but a great experience. He answered all questions, gave me all possible outcomes and treatment options. I feel that I am in very capable hands and choose the best doctor for my injury in the Chattanooga area. It said a lot about not only the physician but the man he is that he asked to pray with me and for me prior to the surgery. The nurses especially Ashley in recovery were exceptional.
