The receptions are rude But once you get past them, everyone is so nice and kind and helpful. I had Dr. Kim and it didn’t take very long at all .

I want to say that my experience from yesterday was great, I didn't expect the results I got, my site has been going down hill for a while an my eye doctor made the appointment an I was kinda worried about someone working on my eyes, but the doctor was great an I want to thank him an the staff , I never felt any pain an I can see again ,thank yall so much .it's just been one day ago an it's amazing, can't wait to have the other eye done , I will recommend your company to anyone that has eye problems 100% thanks again

Everything was good except I didn't get to meet the surgeon until right before he did the surgery. I would have liked to have met him on one of my prior visits.

The Athens office has a very Poor scheduling practice. My 10am appointment was made 4 months in advance yet it wasn’t until 11:30am that I finally saw the doctor. Despite the doctor being very good, for future procedures, I will be using another facility that respects my time and values me as a customer.
