Riverfront Surgery Center was great! I had wonderful care, very nice staff, assistants, nurses, anesthesiologists and of course Dr Hutcheson was awesome. From check in to check out, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Really beautiful building with recliners and tv in the surgery waiting room for my husband to sit in while I was back in pre-op, surgery and early recovery. Highly recommend this surgery center, their amazing team and Dr Hutcheson!

The upstairs waiting room for family was very nice and clean. Having a vending machine for drinks was very nice, and the large window for watching the sunrise was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the post-operative staff was very knowledgeable and relayed all necessary post care information very efficiently. They took wonderful care of my mom who was very nervous and when she expressed that she was scared of the IV (she has not had the best experience with them, and I was unable to go back to preop with her) they were extremely understanding and another nurse even came over to hold her hand when they had to stick her a second time because the first IV blew her vein.

Wow! I can not explain how this experience was so much different than other surgery centers. Amanda was fantastic from getting me scheduled and then checking me in the day of surgery. Hannah and Jason both had great attitudes as well. The process was beyond easy and definitely set the standard to what outpatient facilities should be like. I hope to not have to go back, but this would definitely be my choice if given one.

I had a total hip replacement at Riverfront Surgery Center and it was one of the best surgery experiences I've had. Every person I encountered was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and made me feel less anxious about my surgery. I wish I could remember names, but they gave me the good stuff, so names are a bit hazy! 🤭 If given a choice of where to have surgery, choose RSC, you'll be very happy you did!

my recent procedure at RIVER FRONT SURGERY CENTER IN CHATTANOOGA. From pre-op to recovery was handled with utmost professionalism and super care. The check in process with front desk staff was smooth and efficient. I need to point out the entire medical team demonstrated excellent teamwork. My foot and ankle surgeons Drs. Sam Bazrafshan and Maria Pacheco and anesthesiologist Dr. Jason Fortuna took the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure and answer all of my questions. Nursing staff were attentive, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond. And I have to point out the Center was incredibly clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Post -op care instructions were clear, and l appreciate the follow up call from Taylor to check on my recovery. I highly recommend RIVER FRONT SURGERY CENTER to anyone needing a procedure.
