After being with Dr. Couts for a few years now, I feel like he took the vision out of my left eye. I had scratched my cornea and he gave me drops that when I got home I looked at and realized I was allergic to two of the ingredients and he said it would be okay. Well after a bad reaction to the drops I went back and he gave me other drops. Well now I can't see out of my left eye so I don't recommend him. Very disappointed.. and not very caring.. beware.. going on 7 weeks now

Employees working the front desk and answering calls can be a bit rude; they may just be busy, but it often comes across this way. Used to be much better.

The front desk was a bit rude, but they were extremely busy. The Dr's visit and eye exam was thorough, and they were very pleasant. The front desk receptionist apologized, and it was completely understandable.

I had a surprise issue with my eye this morning and Dr. Green’s office was kind enough to squeeze me in last minute. The whole experience was fantastic. Everyone was so kind and Dr Couts explained everything since I’ve not been to an eye dr ever and I was freaking out already. By the end of my appointment, my bf set up his next eye exam with them because they were just so wonderful.
