Allowed my wife to schedule a procedure on a holiday. Then, left a voicemail less than a week before the procedure saying “we’re closed that day” and “we’ve rescheduled you.” So unprofessional.

Place is a joke! Front desk workers have no clue what their doing and should not be in a doctors office. Worst doctors experience I’ve had. If you want talked down to or laughed at definitely go here. If u want to be treated right go somewhere else.

Called and was told procedure was covered under insurance co pay was $100 and not due today. Drove 2 hours to get here and be told I owe $600 today before it can be done ( which I didn’t have). So now waiting 2 more months for opening at another office after the 2 month wait here. Never would recommend anyone here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Everything went well with my wife's procedure. I want to say everyone in the staff did an excellent job, Alica (RN), Shalonda, Sara (CRNA), Dana (RN), Jasmine and Terri at the front desk. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Made the process so much easier and stress reliving. Dr, Wooten is exceptional and has golden hands. Overall outstanding job from everyone. Thanks very much.
