My granddaughter had to have outpatient surgery and we were greeted very warmly and taken back to her room to get prepped within 5 minutes of checking in. The nurse (sadly I now forgot her sweet name) is outstanding! She was so kind and took her time explaining everything and who will be here to see her about different things that will be done to get her ready for surgery. She offered us refreshments and checked in on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. The other nurses and medical team are super as well! I have nothing but great things to say about the care and kindness we were shown. Love them all!

I am writing this review based on my cousin’s recent surgery at this hospital. Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. Communication was unclear and we often felt we didn’t have the information or support we needed during a stressful time. We expected more care, attention, and reassurance. I hope the hospital improves its communication and patient support moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience!! From my check in with Taylor who set the expectations to the recovery & discharge with my RN Cherri, I could not have asked for better care! My care team consisted of Julie for pre-op who was so compassionate and helped me relax and not stress and my amazing OR team - Joni, Sue, Levy, & Sarah! The Doctor & Anesthesiologist took their time explaining everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. My surgeon, Dr. Baxter, was extremely skilled and compassionate and even prayed over me prior to surgery. Thank you ALL for providing wonderful care!

My experience with Summit Surgery was terrible. The front desk was rude, and the nurses seemed rushed and inattentive. I waited for over an hour past my appointment time with no updates. When I finally saw the doctor, the consultation felt rushed and incomplete. I left feeling frustrated and anxious instead of reassured.
