Very long wait times. Told to arrive one hour before appointment, did not enter treatment room until 2 hours after appointment time so we’re 3 hours here at this point. Would not recommend.

I went in today August 27, 2025 for an epidural on my back and 2 pinched nerves. I had the most wonderful experience I have EVER had a hospital or surgery center. Dr. Kaplin was absolutely fenominal and so sweet and caring. Her nurse was fabulous as well. They made sure I didn't want or need anything. I would highly recommend this practice to ANYONE. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my experience superb!!! You guys are the BEST!!!❤️❤️❤️

I have been here four times under Doctor Dreskin's care, from the moment I come in when the nurse takes me under her care I feel completely taken care of, even extra warm blankets when i'm cold. It's pretty much 2 hours from start to finish which is pretty cool. These guys are great

When I paid at the front desk, I was told what I was paying was the only amount that would be due for them. What wasn't disclosed is that the CRNA for the facility would also be sending a bill as would the doctor who sent you there for the procedure. I know the latter part is not in this facility's control, but they should be upfront about the former! So you'll pay the day of your procedure to use Pain Surgery Center, then you get a bill 1-2 months later from Pain Surgery Center for the CRNA services. Mine was for $910. This lack of transparency is a problem that needs to be addressed. Also, they do not answer the phone. I left a couple of messages that were never returned. Be prepared to wait 1-2ish hours after your appt time for them to call you back. I'm not sure if they over schedule patients because they expect no-shows or just have bad time management skills, but it's annoying.

I went in today feeling a bit nervous since it had been years since i'd had a procedure while sedated. Everyone in the front and back were super welcoming and kind from start to finish. I felt very informed and safe under their care and would recommend anyone needing related procedures.
