Would never recommend this place. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment only to see a lobby full of patients waiting. It was almost 2 hours before I saw Dr. Carlson for a total of 10 minutes. Everyone in the place was complaining about how they always have to wait and it sometimes consumes their entire day. Will never go back and would NEVER recommend!!

If I wasn’t recovering from conjunctivitis, I’d leave. As it is, I’ve waited 90 minutes past my appointment time and haven’t seen the doctor. Their portal sends you history forms to complete but they have to do it in office because it doesn’t upload. We’re in the waiting room and the techs are laughing and carrying on. This was my first visit and will be my last visit.

Our first appointment we were there 4 hours.. 4hours in itself is ridiculous, but with an autistic 4 year old even worse. The dr was irradiated that my son wouldn't cooperate again hes autistic.. The Dr should be able to handle that better. The next appt we waited an hour past our appointment and we walked out, it took another 40 minutes before I recieved a phone call asking where we were the dr was ready. Absolutely ridiculous, if I was an hour late for the appointment I would be charged and not seen. What about my time? Needless to say we will not be returning.

If you are looking for somewhere to go hang out for an entire day while waiting to see a doctor for less than 5 minutes this is the place. Anytime you make an appointment you will not be seen the first time for ATLEAST an hour, sometimes 2. Then finally you will get sent to a second waiting room to wait for another hour, sometimes 2…. The only response they have is “we are busy” Okay, I get it, why not make less appointments? Hire more doctors? Do SOMETHING to make things run more smoothly because having to take a full day off of work (which is very hard more most people to afford) to take our 5 year old to the eye doctor is beyond ridiculous. If we could switch to a different eye doctor we would. I’m writing this review at this time because my son’s eye doctor appointment was at 9:45 this morning, and my wife and son are currently STILL (at 11:10) still sitting in the main waiting room and have not been seen by anyone. I’m sure they will cancel your appointment if you are a few minutes late too, the only reason is they enjoy ruining an entire day. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the wait times are ridiculous! I went here for my two year old daughter to be seen we got there at 10:30. So many people were in the waiting room. There was no where to sit. We got called back and saw a nurse. Every one was nice! Then we left the room and were sat in another room. I sat in that room for 2 hours. Had I known this appointment would take all day I was have packed snacks for my daughter or scheduled for a better time but I was talk with another person and they said it took four hours their first visit. (That’s insane to me) so after waiting two and half hours to be seen I went to speak with the front desk and noticed patients that had been called way before me were still waiting and my daughter was screaming and upset so I decided just to leave. I would have scheduled this appointment well after her nap to to be prepared but either way 2 1/2 hours up to 4 hours to see a doctor is ridiculous. We will be finding another place to be seen
