Good doctors, biggest complaint is you can never get in contact with anyone. You have to leave a message and never know when or if they will get back to you,and if you miss the call you start the whole thing over again.

I went in for a procedure and from beginning to end, I saw nothing but professionals. From my nurse Ashley who was wonderful to the anesthesia and of course my doctor Nick. I would definitely recommend Karing Hearts.

My cardiologist told the nurse to schedule me for a cardiac catheterization for two weeks ago and I haven't heard from them since. I've tried to call them about it for three days and all I get is their voicemail. I even left a message for the clinical manager, but no return call. I've called the scheduler's phone twice, but the mailbox was FULL. Doesn't anyone ever answer the phone?? My cardiologist is great, but the supporting staff is pathetic!!

The cardiologist I saw was great! The staff is awful. I was told that I needed an echo and that they would call me in 2 weeks to schedule and it has been 3 months. I called multiple times regarding my echo and I got no response. Then I called multiple times to cancel my follow up at the end of July and again no response. They have been awful to get in contact with and I feel like they don’t care about their patients health.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst group of doctors I’ve ever seen. First of all, it takes them WEEKS to get back to their patients who have HEART PROBLEMS. Like the conditions their patients are dealing with are life threatening. My dad had to wait two weeks for them to even return a phone call to get an appointment for AFib. That was only AFTER his primary care doctor called them and told them that he needed to be seen. The very first time he had any dealings with them it also took WEEKS for them to return a call. Well, he finally got the appointment and got the procedure he needed scheduled. The morning of his appointment, they called and canceled. Thank goodness it didn’t take long to get it rescheduled. Well, he finally got in to get his procedure and for the first few days he was fine. They told him that he might have to come back and have the procedure again if he had any problems. After 4or 5 days, my mom called them back and told them he was having problems again. They scheduled an appointment for him to go back in to get checked out. When he went back, they gave him a heart monitor to wear INSTEAD of repeating the procedure. He went back last week and they said that it would be May 8 before he could get back in to find out the results from the heart monitor. Then they told him that it would probably be AUGUST before he could get back in to have the procedure done. What is wrong with these people???? They think it’s ok to leave someone in AFib for 4 months???? I am sooooo mad!! STAY AWAY from this practice!! They don’t care about your loved ones at all….Karing Hearts is not the name they should have because they ARE NOT caring AT ALL!!!!!!!!
