Little Feather

I've been a patient here for multiple years. I've had a few times trouble with the waiting time to be seen that I had to walk out. This time, about a week ago I was left in a room waiting for Dr. Reeves for an hour. I had the usual procedure of checking my eyes for any changes. I was left in the room about 1pm and no one checked on me for 1 hour. I could have had a heart attack or seizure or whatever. So at a little after 2pm I left. The receptionist was busy with someone. The next day I assumed someone would call to ask what happened. Nope. I called a few days later and talked to the office manager. BTW the same day I acquired a rash on my eye lid which I didn't have before. Plus I needed a refill of my eye drops for glaucoma. He acted surprised at my complaint and said Dr. John Gentry will call me. That was Monday. Today is Friday. No call. I'm getting my records and finding another Dr. My rash is still there and I told the manager it was from a machine I had my eye on for scanning the eye. They seem to be uncaring.

Dr. Reeves and Dr. Gentry have both been fantastic to work with. Everything was explained to me before surgery, including expected results. Dr. Reeves did my eye surgery and it was the easiest surgery I have ever had. Completely pain-free! I chose to have multi-focal implanted lenses and I love them! I use driving glasses at night, but other than that I don't have to wear glasses at all. Getting my eyesight back was a wonderful gift and I am grateful for this technology and for everyone at Reeves Eye Surgery Center that made it happen for me.

I will never go his office or recommend anybody to go to his office for any eye needs , unless you want to lose your eyesight.
