Had Inspire Implant with Dr Densky . Can’t say enough of how well I was treated. From the time I walked in until I was wheeled out to my car. My Comfort was at the top of priority by the staff. Amanda, Alana and Hope are the three names I remember. The post op recovery nurse for me was awesome. Dr Denpsky is the best.

This place is only concerned about your $$$MONEY $$$ not patient care!!!! I arrived a nervous wreck yesterday morning at the crack of dawn to be put to sleep and a hole put in my head to have a tympanoplasty and debridement done. I’m coldly met at the reception seat with I need your drivers license and insurance card. They call me back for what I thought was to begin my surgery prep, but no! They sit me down like a used car lot and want say that will $4000 please cash or credit. I explain I just paid the md office $1000 yesterday and I can’t afford $4000 today I’ll have to do payments. They now say I must pay $1000 today and agree to monthly $500 payments. I tell them I can’t afford that, then they try to get me to open a credit card with lots of fine print. Keep in mind I’m a nervous wreck about being put to sleep in the next 30 minutes and it’s 7am and I didn’t sleep last night, at all! Cold, cold way to welcome some one to surgery. WHERES OUR MONEY, WHERES OUR MONEY is all heard during prep. Awful awful experience, this place should be ashamed to be called a healthCARE facility. - David Valentine

It has been almost a week, and I haven’t received a doctors note nor a work release. I have called on different occasions and forwarded to different voicemails whenever I called (even though I thought administration handled work notes). I was also not clearly informed about when I should return to work. All that was said about my return was told to my spouse and then relayed to me (from spouse) when I was waking up from anesthesia. I was treated with respect, care, and professionalism. But because of the lack of a paperwork for my return to work, I am now delayed until I get a work note.

From the time I arrived every person was very friendly and very professional and informative. The administrative, nursing and anesthesia staff we're outstanding. Highly recommend if you are in need of the services they offer.
