Always a wait. ALWAYS. They do not respect your time, you're just a slot with money. I've been to multiple states for different care and this is the worst I've ever seen. The doctors might care, but they're clearly going for quantity over quality here. Avoid if you value your most precious commodity.

Hanna Maus, PA was absolutely fabulous. She went over all the details of the problem with my bones and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. She has a detailed plan to move forward with and I am so happy that I got referred to her. I feel I could not have found a better medical doctor to help me follow my journey of osteoporosis.

Physical therapy was great. Dr. Joshua Moss was a good surgeon but needs better bedside manners. Rushes his patients as if he wasn't getting paid for the visit. His assistant Asya wasn't outstanding!

I had an MRI done here. This is my first visit at this new location. The easy access to and from Alcoa Highway is great even with the construction. No time consuming black hole parking garages like they have at the hospital. They have lots of free parking at the building with easy access to the lobby. The people were friendly and eager to help me through the process.
