I took my mom for some one day surgery and found the staff and her doctor very friendly. We used the valet parking and she was in and out in under one and half hours. They rolled her down to the front of the pull thru drive in area at the front and it was a very easy experience. I was a patient at the PSC location today for a total knee replacement and I have to say they were some of the best group of people I have ever been treated by. Keep up the good work - Dr Paul Yau, Hannah, Donna, Ann, Taylor, Hayley you guys rock. I'm 4 days into my recovery and your guys have changed my life. Love and prayers Garry

I recently had surgery here and everyone there is a complete God sent angel! The entire staff from welcoming me to getting me ready for my procedure were priceless! I had the most peaceful experience and surgery went great! Even though I was in surgery longer than expected the quality of care I received was amazing! I am so grateful for each and every person that took care of me! Thank you for providing an excellent experience through a difficult and hard time for me.

I have had two surgeries at this facility in 2018, and both were absolutely wonderful experiences. The nurses in both pre-op and post-op were wonderful. Everyone I spoke to was kind. This is a very professional facility with excellent staff, and the care that I received was top notch.

They did fine until they decided it was time for me to go. Said I passed my post op checks and was time for me to go. Never mind I was vomiting all over the place and continued to do so for nearly 24 hours. When my family said they didn't think i was ready to go the Nurse told them I could sit in a chair in the hallway if I liked but I had to get out of the bed. Awful experience, I will never be treated here for anything, especially undergoing general anesthesia.
