I retired from an eye surgery center as a nurse, in another state, in 2017. I was anxious to see how the procedure had progressed. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects....the evaluation, the wait time, the short after- care time, the concern and attention shown by anesthesia, Dr. Ridner, the nurses, the front desk. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I was quickly given extra blankets, and my eyeglasses were bubble- wrapped. I'd give them an " A plus" , in cleanliness, professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Anxious to have my second eye done!

I had cataract surgery here 15 yrs ago. I was young in my 50s for cataracts so I chose to do mutifocal lens. Best decision I ever made. Dr Smoak was spot on in her decisions on what I needed. I have had several eye exams through the years and they are amazed at my vision. I don't even have to wear readers .

Dr Courtney Ridner was fantastic along with the nurses and office staff. Just had cataract surgery on my right eye 9/29 and left eye 10/20 and everything went great. Would highly recommend this location in Knoxville.
