This place is amazing With a friendly staff and Dr Eric Sollenberger is great! Explains in detail what the eye surgery will entail and the surgery was painless and smooth sailing......great surgeon. Everone there was great, polite, professional and trult welcoming...except one. The van driver Robert. After 4 trips with him and seeing how he interacted with others in the van and at the bottom of the handicap ramp where he assisted in getting in their rides after surgery...he was abrupt to the point of being rude, short in his replies to the point of being hateful. To hear him speak... he ran the entire operation, they were helpless witrhout him. At first I just through it off as being me but having observed and heard him with coutless others both in the van and listning at the bottom of the ramp as I waited for me rides I knew he was a bad apple and did not reflect the jist of the ESCofET. I complained to Dr. Johnston's appointment scheduler, Ashley. She advised contacting the director of the ESCofET which I did not. You asked....

Wonderful experience. Everyone very pleasant and have excellent eye doctors. Dr. Jake McMillan did my cataract surgeries both eyes. I am very pleased with results. Dr. McMillan is very thorough and very professional. You will be in good hands here if you are looking for a good group of opthomologists.
