Dr. Ramsey, Dr. Parker, the nurses, and the staff are all wonderful here. My husband has had several procedures already here and everything is always top notch. The reason though I have given it a 1 star is the scheduling for procedures and surgeries, no one ever takes into account what hardship could be going on, how many hours I have to drive just to get to my husband and then get him there for the surgery or procedure, no one thinks about the possibility of the driver having their own medical problems that make it even harder to get to these early appointments, no one thinks to ask if a slightly later time would be helpful even when told there are problems. Most places are this way now and I think it could be done better. Many want the earliest appointments but some of us have an extremely difficult time and can even make’s things dangerous for us having to get there that early. Other than that you can’t go wrong with these doctors.

I had to have a biopsy there. The people were kind and professional. Everything was explained and every effort made to put patients at ease. While a bit uncomfortable as is to be expected, the procedure was not painful as others warned me it would be. Doctor Congleton said if its painful, it not being done right. I put my confidence in him and was not disappointed. If you have a choice, this is the place to go.

Nurses Julie and Tiffany were very kind and caring, putting me at ease throughout the biopsy process. In our modern state of medicine where you’re very often treated like a lab specimen or a piece of meat I found this whole staff to be very refreshing and competent. I would highly recommend them.
