I was there 2-10-2026 to have breast cancer removed ( lumpectomy) everyone was very nice and accommodating. It made a scary time more relaxed. Dr. Fine is my Dr. and he’s great.

I had a great experience at East Memphis Surgery center. I love Dr.Chapell. Everyone from the check in desk lady (she was very relatable) to the nurses and staff are sweet and kind. They are all very thorough and if you have a question they will answer. I feel great after surgery now I get to continue on with my life thanks to staff šŸ˜ŠšŸ’“

I was diagnosed with Breast cancer in February. Had lumpectomy in April. Scheduled for bilateral mastectomy with reconstructive surgery in June. Procedure was canceled because the implants were too expensive. Now surgery is out to August at another location. Attempts to appeal this and make other arrangements were declined by Mr. L. Schaaf in Administration. I certainly hope Mr. Schaaf is never in a situation where his life is dependent on the decision of a ā€œcorporate bottom lineā€.

The staff is impeccable! Everyone was so polite and accommodating. Our surgery was on-schedule. We were here for our 10-year-old to have ear surgery. The nurses and doctors could not have been more kind and reassuring to all of us.

Hello this is Linda Ford & I wanted to share my great experience I had at East Memphis Surgery center. When I first got there they checked me in, called me to the back for registration and made me feel very comfortable. The nurses and doctor explained everything thoroughly and next thing you know I was knocked out with the anesthesia. I woke up and my procedure was complete. I went to recovery, & then proceeded home. I could’ve asked for a better experience, everyone was so nice and I’m happy with the outcome.
