This is my second procedure at Urocenter and it could not have gone better. The front office, pre-operative staff, operative staff, anesthesiologist, and recovery room staff were all wonderful. Their professionalism, empathy, excellent clinical skills and customer service are exemplary in a world where such traits are increasingly hard to find. Highly recommend!

Front office people are rude. There are no private rooms to wait in. So while you wait for the patient (many hours) you get to sit in a waiting room with uncomfortable chairs. Accommodations are horrible. Oh and you can’t leave they say.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was nervous about the procedure I was having done. Both the nurse and anesthesiologist explained everything. Dr. Rayford came in and spoke to me to about the procedure as well. The nurses in the recovery room were good as well.

After 8 days of waiting, and full disclosure of my weight i was turned away after my payment cleared 10 minutes into my surgical appointment because they dont see patients over 350lbs. They did not even notify my surgion before the proceedure that it would be an issue, so he arrived for the proceedure and found out the same time i did. Completely unprofessional. I will consider removing this review when the weight limit is added to the pre-visit checklist.
