I got to choose between being healthy and broke for the rest of my life, or leaving a mystery lump inside my body and being less broke. Either way this place has two goals, it's to waste your time and take your money. $1500 for two office visits where the Dr. was over an hour late. I missed out on twice the amount of work for recovery than I was supposed to because the doctor rescheduled my surgery.

I don’t usually write reviews but MAN OH MAN - I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about the OR staff here!! Specifically, both of my pre and post op nurses, Amanda and Ashley!! They were so freaking kind, funny, empathetic, and just all around genuinely great women!!! I went into my surgery fairly nervous, as my last surgery experience (done at a different surgery center NOT related to Centennial) was an absolute nightmare but these 2 rockstar nurses made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire day and process. I hope they know that their patients can easily feel their love and passion for caring for others by the way they demonstrate such attentiveness. They deserve an award or some sort of higher recognition than just a google review but unfortunately that’s all I can provide! I cannot thank y’all enough Amanda and Ashley - truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Beware if you don’t live in Nashville and know no one! I’m a truck driver and don’t live in the area. After my procedure that needed anesthesia, they absolutely will not release you to any kind of transportation other than a friend / family member that will sign you out. There’s even a medical transport service in Nashville that specializes in picking people up for this, but that still wasn’t acceptable. I understand the legal risks to them, but they should at least offer a waiver to release them of liability if the patient so chooses. They were ready to cancel my surgery and risk me going blind over their precious policy! I had to have my daughter who has a family and job of her own, drop everything to drive 6 1/2 hours both ways just to pick me up and drive me down the road. If I could give zero stars, I would

I had outpatient surgery on 1/16/2023 and had never been treated so well. The nurses & anesthesia Dr. and nurse practitioner were super nice & professional. They treated me like I was the only and most important patient in the facility. I would recommend this surgery center as the best anywhere.
