I went for a consultation for the banding procedure. After a thorough and informative meeting with Sarah and her professional and respectful exam, she diagnosed me and provided details of treatment. Sarah was extremely honest and has excellent skills with a patient. Everyone. From the front to back office were professional, friendly and helpful. This was my 1st visit and it was truly amazing!! From being checked in by Junior (magical smile and amazing personality) to being briefed by Tim (super patient, compassionate, and empathetic) to the consultation with Sarah (pure genius and genuinely pleasant), each aspect of my visit was soooo welcoming and warm! They made me feel so at ease with their wealth of knowledge and willingness to share without hesitation and with an open arms approach. When it was time to schedule my procedure, before leaving, those young ladies were just as awesome as everyone else. I am smiling as I share this review. Medical visits and procedures can be stressful but this crew made me feel so comfortable.

I am or was a patient of theirs in their Clarksville office and they didn't even let me know they moved locations. And when I was going to be charged out of pocket I told them no thank you I won't need my appointment and was about to walk out of the office when I was told that the lady up front was incorrect and I won't have anything out of pocket because I have dual insurance and both of them will cover everything. Months later I get a bill in the mail and I tried calling them and that's when I learned that they moved. Shameful practice! Recently I've learned of the legalities of patient abandonment and yet they have the audacity to try and have me pay the measly $58 to fuel the lie they told me. No thank you.

I am a patient who desperately needs an endoscopy and I just moved here from Texas so I don’t have any friends/family in the state. They would not allow me to have the procedure I urgently need because I did not have a driver. They would not work with me on the one day I could arrange a driver. Yes, it is nice that they care about safety, but there are people without friends and family nearby who still need treatment. Update: I gave them another chance post-op and they still have no idea what they’re doing. Incompetent office staff, late prescriptions, tests not coming back on time, you name it. Unacceptable behavior all around. You could Google your symptoms and have a better time. 0/10
