3.5 ☀️☀️☀️ Pros- convenient location, front staff are courteous. The tech was good communicator. Cons- facilities. Terrible signage. Once inside the suite you can access a display w room numbers etc. But from exterior there's not clear indication where Premier is. The nail/spa business in same building was oh so easy to find. No signage for Pemeier on the outside. Parking: only 2 ADA compliant spaces. And regular parking slots were narrow, but fine if you drive a Honda Fit

The worst experience I have ever had with any doctor, and that's coming from a cancer survivor/cancer patient. I felt like I was in a movie where someone has broken into a hospital, thrown on some scrubs, and is now trying to act like they know what they're doing. I wish I'd gotten the woman's name who did my MRI, because she had no idea what she was doing. From the minute she took me back, she was completely incompetent. She asked for help 3 times, and the scan easily took at least 20 minutes longer than it should have. I will never go back here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had X-rays done at Premier Radiology and, unfortunately, the experience has turned into a months-long billing headache. At the time of my visit I provided the correct insurance information in person, yet they billed the wrong insurance anyway. What should have been a simple fix has stretched into more than six months of phone calls, confusion, and very little communication. Getting in contact with the billing department has been extremely difficult. Each time I called, I received inconsistent information, and it took seven separate calls before I finally learned that my insurance had already been billed correctly and paid! Yet I was still waiting on a refund. The issue doesn’t seem to be with individual staff members, but rather with the administrative and billing process as a whole. It felt disorganized, unclear, and incredibly frustrating to navigate. I’m sharing my experience so others know what to expect. If efficient billing and clear communication are important to you, I would strongly recommend considering another imaging center.

A total dump! Waited almost an hour and a half when I was 30 minutes early to appointment. Went to the one at 20th Ave. exactly like the card in my hand said to. They said I was at the wrong place. NOT! Even sent me a reminder. I showed them that at the other office and I guess it made them mad. If you can get an MRI ANYWHERE else in the United States...go there. I will not be back here again. My technician was wonderful everyone else was the pits.

Nice location with a short wait time. Tiffany J at the front desk went above and beyond during the check in process! I appreciate her positivity and insight. Update: That interaction with front desk was the best of the appointment. The actual technician blew a blood vessel and didn’t explain the scan at all, so I had know idea what to expect, what to do, or if what I was feeling was normal. She acted as if a bone scan is a normal occurrence. The scan was on the 11th as of today the 21st, my doctor hasn’t received the report. I had multiple scans at other premier locations and the reports were received within a day or two. I would not come back to this location. Update 2: After 22 days the scan report was finally received. Shame on this locations wait time for critical services.lowering my initial rating. Tiffany J was the only positive experience here.
