Had a procedure here on 12/8/25. As a health care provider myself, I have high standards and both the location and staff impressed me. From check in, to preop, to procedure (CRNA, tech, MD) to PACU I was very pleased. All were efficient but caring and quick but safe and thorough. I thank the team that took care of me that day. 😊

Janet is staff that stood out the most and name I recall, but surgery went very well. I’m on day after, and haven’t needed one pain medicine. Anesthesiologist was amazing too. Surgeon Dr Fly was great.

On 9/5 I had my second colonoscopy performed at vol surgery. I can not say enough for the staff and doctors. Dr jones was great and so was the entire staff. Special shout out to Kaylee, Chrissy, Melissa and the rest of the staff. If I misspelled any names or forgot anyone please forgive me. I’ll definitely be back!!!!!

Can’t say how the center is. The front desk staff were very polite and kind. However it is now an hour and a half from the time we were asked to be here and we are still sitting in the waiting room. If a patient is late or misses an appointment we are charged for it. But a surgical center can cost you a days pay and leave you sitting in the waiting area for hours. First time using this facility and I will absolutely see if another facility is covered to use instead.
