It's icy and bitter cold outside, but the doors were open and they were ready and took me in almost immediately. Each person from the receptionist, to the anesthesiologist, to nurse and the aid as well as the gastroenterologist were efficient, professional, courteous, and balanced their task and an interest the patient. The prep and working relationship with the Gastroenterology Associates ran seamlessly. This was my 9th colonoscopy and I was impressed and recommend them with the highest of marks

Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and courteous. My prep nurse had a great sense of humor. They called me with the results in a reasonable time period. I have used them before and would recommend them to anyone who is having the same procedure done.

Great place to receive care. Front staff was friendly. The nurse checking in was great. Dr Roark was great! The nurse anesthetist was great and informative. The after visit with dr was encouraging.

Doctor and nurses were pleasant. We arrived a little early (6:20am) and found the office open snd a nurse was there to check me in. We were home by 8:50a. Positive experience all the way around!

What an amazing, super relaxed atmosphere and the staff is incredible. From start to finish I felt like I mattered, not like a number. Caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me before and after. No rushing. Smiles everywhere. The entire group including the doctor are simply magnificent. Couldn't ask for a better experience or group of people. Thank you for taking your time and helping me thru this.
