The staff from the front desk to the recovery were Amazing very caring and sweet! All smile and made you feel special!! Not sure of all the names of the staff were both times i was there but no complaints on anyone!

Sadly, unprofessional staff. They received an order for a PICC line for me and rather than contact me or my doctor's office, did nothing. When I called to inquire why they had not called to set up an appt, was simply told "We don't do oncology appts anymore" Lack of communication and follow up is now leading to a delay in my chemo. Very unprofessional

Texas Center for Interventional Surgery is phenomenal. The staff is truly amazing. They not only take care of you as their patient, but they are also considerate of your time. They call you back shortly after you arrive and then are immediately prepping you and talking with you about your procedure. Everyone in there is kind. G is truly one of a kind! He helped to prepare me both of the times I was there and his bedside manner is outstanding!! Thank you so much for all that you do. You should be the example for all medical facilities to follow. This facility does great work. The front desk had everything in order. I want to thank Melissa for taking such wonderful care of me. She is so awesome! Melissa was was right there if I needed anything and she was very pleasant and generous with her time. Dr. Diaz (anesthesiologist) did a fantastic job and made sure I didn't feel a thing. They really made me comfortable before the procedure. All in all, I trust this facility to get the job done. I'm grateful to the staff who work really hard and care about the patients they are treating. Thank you for everything.
